We were in town for a wedding and could not secure accommodations in the preferred hotel. This hotel has Tiny rooms, Tv, refrigerator & microwave did not work. Old rundown place.

Rooms are so small not like photos. Where was my leather arm chair as seen in photo? Luggage racks looked raggedy, hallway carpet plain, cheap and boring. Facility needs updating. Coffee maker was in the bathroom ???!!!! I felt like I was staying at the Overlook Hotel in the Shining. Disappointing to say the least. Could have stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price or would have been willing to pay more. Will not be returning.

They advertise a free breakfast but the breakfast was scrambled eggs that were scrambled so fine they were difficult to get on a fork there was a space for a bar that was not stocked. A ceiling leak that was being collected by 3 room trash cans. The entire property needs an upgrade

We stayed Sat eve after helping our son move apartments in the area. For the price the room was small, as was the bath and tub, with nothing special about it. It was clean. Our mattress had a gully in the middle, and needs to be replaced. A couple also had an argument outside our door late at night, and the sound carried right into our room. Breakfast was meh; crumbly powdered eggs, salty sausage patties, white bread for toast. Our check in was smooth but check out, not so much. The woman at the reception desk disappeared for quite a while and wasn't able to be located by other staff, who searched the bathroom and other areas for her. There was a man standing at the desk waiting to speak with someone when we left the breakfast area and went to our room to get our bags. He was still waiting there when we returned 15 minutes later, as were three or four other guests waiting in line with no one to help them. I had wanted to mention the mattress to someone but was unable to do so. We threw our keys on the counter and left

Trucks coming down street late at night. Controls on heat-ac did not function properly. Could hardly reach controls since bed is flush with control unit. Otherwise clean and good.

I was disappointed in the quality of the individual rooms. The rooms were extremely small and somewhat rundown. However, the beds were very comfortable. The lobby area was very nice.

This by far has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at during my traveling journey. The hotel is beyond top tier . The staff is amazing ! Patient , kind , very helpful . The continental breakfast was amazing ! The rooms are very spacious, clean and accommodating for traveling needs . I will always book with the comfort inn when I’m traveling . Put comfort in As a five star hotel . I love it here and I will vist again . Regards
