Room and property were clean and neat.room was big. Lots of light and plugs. Window was broken in my room (resting against the frame). Door-shaped cut out in bathroom wall (sheetrock was screwed back in place). Floor near bathroom door was soft. Ceiling near shower head was peeling. Hard to find thermostat (that was on me though). No extra blankets. Parking lot very poorly lit. Doors to go into building where my room was did not open properly (it was hard to get my luggage in/out). Desk staff were polite, efficient, and well informed. Lots of street noise, hallway noise. Very thin walls. Hot water was good and hot af. Could not get wifi to connect properly. Tv worked though and had cable. Bed was comfortable. Pre-checkin made things go very smooth. Easy to add parking. (Stay was booked for a conference after my first hotel reservation was cancelled when the hotel closed permanently unexpectedly. Little options to go elsewhere.)

Great location close to Marshall St and Syracuse campus. Convenient restaurant with good breakfast options and drinks in the evening. Friendly helpful staff. Parking is super convenient and ample spaces

I have stayed at the Collegian twice before. It is so convenient to Campus. I flew the first time and drove the second. I prefer to fly. That is the main reason I chose the Collegian. The gentleman who picked me up on Saturday was so friendly and nice. He even got distilled water for my CPAP when both CVS and the Corner Market were out. I was disappointed when I was not able to get a ride to the airport when I was leaving and I had to call an expensive taxi instead. I get people become sick (especially given Syracuse's crazy weather), but maybe you should have a back-up plan instead.

Great staff. Cold water.

For the price, this hotel was very disappointing. It is very old, dirty, and needs a lot of upgrades. For $400 a night one would expect towels, however our room was equipped only with VERY scratchy hand towels and washcloths. The walls were dirty and hallway smelled very strongly of some sort of unpleasant cleaner. The location was great for what we were doing (saw a concert at the dome) but if not for that I would not stay here again.
