We liked it! Walls are a bit thin and hot tub jets were a bit too high that’s about all we didn’t like. More to like than dislike for sure

I don’t have any good words for the check-in personnel. I’m travelling with my son 32 years of old and they gave me a room with one king size bedroom. Despite my utmost request he refused to consider to give us a 2 bedroom room. He said it’s not their fault that Expedia made the mistake. He asked me to call Expedia. It was 9:30 pm and I was unable to contact Expedia. The personnel was adamant to do something for us. I never had a worse experience like this. I don’t recommend any body to go to Hilton Inn.

My stay here at the Hilton has been a horrible stay from the moment that I walked in the staff had no knowledge of what was going on in the property construction is being done on the weekends and we was unaware of it on top of that the refrigerator in my room did not work the TV did not work without assistance. I'm very unhappy with my stay here at the Hilton very unhappy I will send videos of my displeasure if needed. And then on the way out exiting the hotel tiles fell from on top of the roof onto my friend thank God that she didn't get hurt by dodging quickly but there was definitely no yellow tape caution in anybody not to walk in that area and there was debris flying off of the roof while the men were working very unhappy stay

Consider there are better options.
Hotel is under construction with no disclaimer when booking. Was told breakfast was complimentary then charged after eating the “non-complementary” food that was mixed in. There are better options.

Check in was an hour and half late no rooms were clean, little girls at check in were rude as hell, 10 different people trying to call manager and no answer. When we finally got in our room there was 2 pillows for 4 people asked for more but never received. Over all will never stay again!!

Not clean
Needs a deep cleaning, I didn’t want to even take my shoes off. The half of the room that was tiled looked as if it hadn’t seen a mop since it was installed, the carpet was absolutely gross. The $14 breakfast is the same grab n go stuff other hotels put out for free.
