First room had a non functioning lock. Reported it on my way out. When I returned they had re rented my room but didn’t turn off my key so I waled right into an occupied room (non functioning lock). Person said my bags were in the lobby. Front desk said they had no bags. 45 minutes later they found my bags in a some random room. No notes left for the next shift. No notification or permission from me. Completely unacceptable. How do you let a complete stranger walk into an occupied room?

Stayed Thursday and Saturday nights, with airport shuttle service and when we left we confirmed our car was ok where it was parked as part of lot was corded off for painting. The person behind the desk said it should be fine, but we returned to find our car had been towed. Found out the whole row of cars were towed. 572$ US charge!!!

The only person working was brand new and told us “just to park” but took our name for shuttle without getting license plate. So our car was towed. When we came back two days later, the same staff member was working and said there was nothing she could do and acted like she knew nothing about it. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Thought is strange this property does not have cash on hand to make change. Everything gets charged to your room. Airport driver was not there to load my bags for the airport.
