Our favorite hotel in the Syracuse area
Our second stay recently at this hotel and equally gratifying. Staff is friendly and professional. Common areas are warm and welcoming. Parking is easy. Our room was comfortable with nice beds, fridge and microwave, good wifi. Quiet and restful. Free hot breakfast in dining area was better than most. 24/7 hot coffee in lobby, restaurant next door. A really nice place to stay.

Spur of the Moment
We were very happy with our stay here, it was actually a spur of the moment reservation. We were staying in New Hartford and because of an incoming snow storm wanted to get closer to the airport so booked here. We have to say the comfort of this room was wonderful and to have it connected to a restaurant made it even better.

We had an event in the banquet hall and we loved that we did not have to go outside to get there. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Very nice hotel, I will definitely stay here again. The front desk clerk, Susan, is amazing and so helpful and friendly. This hotel has to be one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. The onsite restaurant offers bar foods in addition to other comfort foods, and a full bar. My dinner was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor...spacious and very clean. Very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Small fridge & microwave. Good wifi. Easy parking. Free hot breakfast was quite good with ample dining area. 24/7 hot coffee. Friendly & courteous staff. We enjoyed this place and would certainly stay there again.

My day was very satisfying. I would definitely recommend, although housekeeping needs to keep it down when cleaning rooms and understand there are still people in rooms. They made the most noise. Breakfast was wonderful. The place was absolutely spotless, and it smelt so good I will definitely stay again.
