OMG best hotel we have ever stayed at. Clean, smells good, everything works in the room and quiet. We had a very good and relaxing time. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and was only second to the excellent and friendly service of the outstanding staff. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful check-in experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The front desk team greeted me with smiles, quickly processed my check-in, and provided all the information I needed about the hotel and amenities. The lobby ambiance was inviting, clean, and well-designed, which immediately set the tone for a pleasant stay. They even offered me a welcome drink (a nice touch!) and ensured I felt taken care of. Special thanks, to all the staff that went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I’m already impressed and excited for the rest of my stay. Property was nice and quiet. Room was very clean. Hotel could use some updates. There were no USB ports anywhere in the room!! They could purchase some room lamps that have built-in USB ports!!

Suite was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helped with some last minute scheduling issues. The best part was the outstanding buffet breakfast. Very convenient access to Route 90. I will be in Syracuse for 7 home football games at will stay at Staybridge for all 7.

Syracuse Mets visit
Hotel staff were great. Happy hour and breakfast exceeded expectation. Hotel is somewhat dated but well maintained. Very close to Syracuse Mets stadium.
