Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean & comfy. Usually a bargain-priced option, but it fills fast when there are events in the Syracuse area, so book early if you know you are going there.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean & comfortable, and rates are usually decent. Always a good option in the Syracuse area. Generally books fast if there is an event in the area, so it is wise to book early if you know ahead of time.

The hotel was great but location was inconvenient without a car. There were lots of restaurant options in walking distance but they were difficult to get to with the limited sidewalks in the area.

The bathtub kept having to fill it up to have a bath as the drain kept slowly losing water this place needs to be updated will not stay again

My room was right next to the stairway so every time someone open the stairway door, I thought somebody was coming into my room, which was a little unsettling. There were also little flies like fruit flies that were coming out of the sink in the bathroom. I did enjoy that they seem to be very firm about no smoking. Everything else seem fine. I actually did sleep well.
