The apartment itself was very nice and clean. It was quite new and nothing wrong with the room. Except for the door...you had to really slam it hard to close it. But there were issues...
There was no wifi. That's really unacceptable for a hotel these days, especially as this was not a budget stay. They said it's because it's a new apartment. Come on, it takes 2 minutes to put a router or modem in as there was wifi at the property.
Second, they were supposed to text and email us the code for the lockbox for late check ins. They never did and we had to use our American phones to call security (cost us like $10) to get our keys. At check out, they said they texted and emailed. They didn't have the country code for my phone number so I didn't get it, understandable. But the email they had for me was some random email so I never got it.
I don't speak Polish so I went to the office to ask a question. I asked the lady "do you speak English" and she said no. And that was it. I had to ask if someone else could help me and she said she would get someone. Waited for a few minutes and no one came, thankfully a couple staying there spoke English so they helped translate. I know I'm in Poland and I don't expect everyone to speak English but then again, their property has an English name so you would think they might...
I wouldn't return but we were happy with our apartment, but not much else.
