I was really excited about staying at ur establishment. Come to find out after paying and checking in the pool was unavailable and that was one of my main plans for my stay. No where did it say the pool was going to be unavailable! Even when i chcecked in the person checking me in didnt make it known. Knowing there was no pool access might have changed my mind about staying there and saved me the time and money!

We were simply staying for a few hours to get some sleep to catch a flight out of SeaTac early the next morning. This was not our primary choice but with the power outages we were left with this as our only option. Our bags were searched way beyond what was necessary. I had my wife and 15 year old daughter with me. It was disgraceful how you all treat you guests.

Room was clean and comfortable however the website is misleading. Sports book was a couple tv screens and that's it. Casino is nothing but a maze of 1 cent slots, even in the sports book. Smoke smell was everywhere even in the no smoking areas. There's no place to sit down and enjoy a drink in conversation. The pool was closed. Having hotel guests enter through the same door as casino guests is a bad design. Hotel guests having to go through security does not make them feel welcome. In fact I gave my birth certificate as well as a credit card with picture on it and he refused me. Only because I was with my wife he said ok but I couldn't go on the gaming floor. I felt like I was going to prisin or at the airport. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Service at front desk was good and the rooms were clean and nice. No complaints with room. We did not enjoy having to walk through a casino filled with people smoking just to get to the front desk. Not a very safe feeling area either.

Otho g wrong with property but the Casino has two hotels and they are two exits apart! One in Fife and one in Tacoma. My event was at the event center at the other hotel. Just a fiasco. Expedia has now phone # to call. So ended up as one person with two hotel rooms two miles apart. Very disappointed
