The hotel is somewhat outdated, however, it appears that they are still in the process of updating it. The surrounding area was nice. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance. With regard to the staff, there was a lack of communication, particularly in regards to contacting the manager for a specific charge. Once I finally got in touch with a manager, she was quite disrespectful and condescending. Due to my interaction with the manager, I would never consider returning to that establishment. If this is the manner in which the manager interacts, what does that suggest about the establishment?

The stuff was very courteous. The food was edible. The pool was nice and it’s 24/7, but it was always full - since it’s not that big but it’s open 24/7. The room was clean and spacious with a living room and a kitchenette.

The pool is open 24 hours which is outstanding. The staff are always super nice and helpful. The prices are actually reasonable and the breakfast is good. Parking is easy and free. The rooms are clean and the ones with kitchens are really well set up.

We were on our way to Mt. Ranier and this was a good location. Room was nice, comfortable bed. Nice shower and toiletries. Complimentary breakfast was a nice start. Coffee was good.
