Modern clean rooms. The night clerk, Gary, was the kindest most customer service friendly staff we’ve encountered in a long time. He deserves an “atta boy”! Flo at the front desk was very helpful and nice.

Great hotel to stay in for shows at whiteriver amphitheatre..bring earplugs though..train yard accross street with freight trains banging into each other and flying by. Adult beverages i hotel store would be nice as well.

False advertising. Reserved a room for 6. Specified 5 adults one child. We got a regular room with 2 queen beds and a chaise. Hotel claimed it was Expedias fault. Expedia said it was the hotels fault. Expedia said the photo the hotel used showed a couch. Hotel said it’s a “stock” photo. Bottom line we had 2 people with no bed and were told they couldn’t bring us a cot because it was against fire laws. We paid for a suite!! The only thing we got was a bathroom With room for a wheelchair. Do not reserve a room if you have more than 4 people!!! Staff is rude and will not help you or give you a dollar back.

Only complaint is that the pool wasnt heated. BUT thats it. The rooms were nicely remodeled and very clean. The continental breakfast was very nice. It was nice to be so close to shopping

It was great, although my room is right by the elevator, I didn't find it disturbing, only the footstep from upstairs is what you can hear. But it didn't bother me at all. Only 2 EV charging station, but better than nothing at all. Overall, I'm very satisfied and had a good rest during my stay.
