Because we booked through a third party (Expedia) they gave us a handicap room where the bathroom room flooded from shower and sink and toilet paper roll was too far from the toilet to reach while seated. No towell hangers and very slippery floor. Would have been unsuitable for a handicapped person as well.

The walls of the rooms were very poor at keeping... sounds from other rooms and hallways. I felt as if I were in a nature documentary if you get me. Very difficult to rest or sleep. Looked nice though! The art was AMAZING. OH, and the parking situation is Ridiculous! A shame.

Prior to check-in I was told by hotel staff we could do an early check-in. When we arrived they did not want to honor this, and gave a bit of an attitude with us. Our room has almost no hot water which meant we have to take cold showers in preparation for a major formal event. And lastly, my friend left her makeup bag in her room. House keeping did not report this or turn it in. It had a value of over $500!
