Quiet place. Relatively clean, but smelled a bit old. The heating was loud and kept cycling through the night. They didn't clean the room during our stay. The breakfast was reasonable. The elevator was the quietest and smoothest I've been on in very long.

I’ll start off by saying the staff was friendly and the room itself was clean. However, I feel that there should have been some communication about the pool’s operation being seasonal. Paying full rate and not having access to the pool or hot tub doesn’t seem reasonable to me. The deadbolt on the room door did not work, nor did it close properly. The window, that doesn’t obviously open, wasn’t sealed properly and you could hear everything happening outside, even from the 7th floor. The bed and pillows were horrible and in combination with the draft from the window and noisy air conditioner/heater it was all in all a terrible experience. For paying over $900 CAD for a two night stay I had higher expectations, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Skip this one! Poorly run.
Found hair all over the coffee area & bathroom door from an unclean maids rag. Blood stain on pillow. Feses under sink on walls. 2 btls of tiny shampoo for 3 people. 2 Wash clothes for 3 ppl.2 coffee cups/coffee. No recycle bins, no water, no menus/books. Limited cable. Bed was hard as a rock. Freeze was frozen shut. No vending machines, no soda. Pantry was bare. No coffee/water lobby set up. Pool dirty & closed.Loud class w/many women & speaker on a mike two doors down.Breakfast was basic. Restaurant/bar closed @ 8pm on a Fri. nite. For $300 , I'd expect something more like resort quality. Jacked up price due to concert@Dome

When i checked in the front desk was so nice, when i went back to ask for help, the front desk couldn't be bothered because they were talking to fellow coworkers. Unless you are there for the Tacoma Dome, this is a very inconvenient location. No food no stores, but tons of homeless.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Mine was noisy...sounded like living under a freeway overpass. Coffee maker was broken. Cable tv...not good. Contental breakfast...ok. Staff...awesome.
