Tub was dirty and door to the bathroom would stick so bad even barely closing it that you couldnt hatdly get it open. Made having privacy while using the bathroom in a room with 4 people not so private.

Absolutely disgusting and dirty!!!!! Was there for a weekend for a basketball tournament, so we had a very big group of people staying there. About 3-4 groups had to be moved to different rooms because of the bed bugs in their initial room. Not only that…bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped. Bath tub and sink were dirty. The linen on the beds still had hair strands from the previous people there. To top everything off…a cleaning lady stole jewelry from one of the rooms. Police were called and everything!!!

Check-in was baic but no customer service skills. Room looked clean but floors felt sticky and wet. Was unable to take a shower due to it not getting any hot water after running it for 10 minutes
