We booked a non-smoking room for a family with 2 children. But they provided a room with a terrible smell of tobacco smoke and did not want to change the room. We couldn't check in.

Yes, the expectation was low for a cheap one night stay coming through town. And, if you just need a bed and a bathroom for one night, it will get you through. But, it’s in terribly rough shape and they could be trying a bit harder. The outlets receptacles were so old and coming out of the walls that I couldn’t get my phone chargers to stay in and the one broke down chair in the corner was torn up. But, thankfully the night stand lights had an outlet in them and I’m grateful I didn’t have to sleep with in my car!

I did not like it at all! The place is all dirty and the bathroom room floor literally breaking apart unsaf. There is a lot of weird people wondering around the place all hours. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

If i could put negative stars i would, everything was dirty, broken, and tweaker used. Sheets had burns all over, some outlets didn't work. If im paying 150 for 50 motel service i deserve not to be surrounded by crackheads running atound all night, i got lucky coming out and seeing my vehicle made the night. Will never stay again, if this is the cheapest and closest option, id rather sleep in my vehicle. Plus they do cash deposits, and anything broken or missing means you don't get your $60 back, or if you lose the receipt they give you.

Bed bugs, tried to get a refund and they would only issue a refund for 2/3 nights even though we didn’t stay there a single night. The guy working the front desk was rude about the whole thing. They booked that room for another person while I was in the lobby knowing it had bed bugs. Wouldn’t even look at the photos I took.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Room clean and comfortable but a little outdated. No coffee maker. Found it very strange to pay our $60 deposit in cash. Never have been asked to do that before. When first checked in observed what looked like a drug deal and at 2:30 in the morning there were 5 guys milling around in parking lot on their cell phones. No idea if they were guests. Upon check out we were refunded our deposit. It took him a while to find it though. In the end all worked out.

This was a last minute booking when our flight was delayed out of SeaTac. The front desk staff were very nice. However, the room was dirty, bugs/cockroaches, and there was some sort of small animal/bug droppings in the tub. This was a very cheap, last minute alternative to overly pricey airport hotels…but do not expect it to be clean or in a safe area.
