The property is in a safe quiet neighborhood. It’s the perfect center point for being able to go do a lot of different things the state has to offer like hiking, biking, golfing, sightseeing, fair events with concerts in September or staying the weekend for a wedding.
The detached Studio Unit “A” is part of a tri-plex property, the outside yard area is a share space. So smokers are ask to not book with us!
Unit is fully equipped unit has a living/sleeping area with a comfortable queen size bed. A built in breakfast nook. Full size stackable w/d located in a separate area and a full bath with walk in shower.
Unfortunately No Pets are allowed in the unit or on the property, because of my health condition. There would also be a safety concerns in the shared space’s with a service animal in training.
This detached Studio Unit A is part of a tri-plex property, so you actually have some privacy from the other Units. It’s located close to downtown Puyallup with freeway access to Seattle or Olympia within five minutes drive. The Sounder Train Stations is only .6 miles away if your interested in taking the train to a Sporting Event or concert in Seattle. You are also a short drive time away from major golf courses "Chambers Bay" or a day trip to Mt. Rainier, or NW Trek.
You can walk to the Western Washington Fairgrounds within 15 minutes while visiting small shops, stripe mall, park or stopping at Starbucks. Other events in downtown Puyallup are at Pioneer Park they host live music during the summer by various musical groups, weekend farmer's market with flowers, food, arts and crafts that you can only find in the Pacific Northwest.
