A old clean house sits an acre lot surrounded by trees, secluded and private, but very close to city center and freeways. Very hard to find this kind of privacy in a middle of modern city in this area.
You will rent the lower level of this house, two private bedrooms with window wells. A full bathroom with jet tube, and a cooking and dinning area, plus huge windows garden view.
You will share the laundry room with other guest(s) who stay in upper level.
