the build doors woundlt work , toilet got clogged and was told to call back later .. if u need front desk hwlp u need to all the way down stairs .. the wlevator does t work properly .. the list can go on

The check in was longer than any other check in I have encountered. The property was not what I expected felt very unsafe. The beds very uncomfortable. Will never book again.

There was a prior guests sock in the drawer. No soap, shampoo or conditioner. All utensils were finally located in the dishwasher. There was no dishwasher soap, so I just left them there. Glad I didn’t need them. This place is an extended stay and there are a lot of full time residence people.

Smell of entry and elevator was bad. Smell of room was worse. Left after one night and couldn’t even get a refund for the second night that I wasn’t even staying there. Manager said there was no smell At All. Said she stayed in room for 1 hour to check. Laughable. Unbelievable.
