This hotel was really clean, great facilities. Loved the sofas near the jacuzzi area. Very friendly staff really look after you. Amazing service. Great place for relaxation but there isnt much to do around the area you would need to travel more into central agadir. Nonetheless cannot fault the hotel they are as accomodating as they can be. We would revisit again

First time visiting the hotel and the country was a very short trip for us but we highly recommend its a 10/10 hotel and 10/10 service the food was also 10/10 staff was lovley outside the hotel cant say much as we didint have enought time to go out but there is a nice walking area by the beach it was wonderfull

I have just come back from a 7 night stay here and it was such a great experience. The staff are wonderful, they are all so friendly and make you feel as if you have known them for years! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a cold fresh juice drink and lunch whilst we waited for our room to be ready! The entertainment was great everyday you have something to do and it was so much fun! I looked forward to the entertainment every night! The food was also good, I am a bit of a picky eater so struggled a bit as there was not many English options but there were many options that you can choose from and the food is on a good quality! The rooms are nice and spacious, the only recommendation is that I wish they had larger bath towels and better toilet tissue but I enjoyed my stay in the rooms the beds were comfortable and it was so quiet at night time so I had a great nights sleep every night. The hotel have travel desks within where you can book experiences and excursions Nouri who sits at the desk is such a lovely man! He really looked after us during our stay and we books all of our trips out with him. He also has a lot of information on the culture and how to get around which is so helpful. Honestly, do not hesitate to book this place it was such a great time away and I will be returning!

This resort is amazing. It’s so very clean. Staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. Food is ok, my family has a few fussy eaters who stuck to the Italian restaurant most nights. Cocktails are plentiful and they will make whatever you want at the bar if you ask, although they did give us heart burn after too many!! Only downside was our air conditioning didn’t work in our room. We reported it at least 3 times but it was never fixed. My sons room next door was like an ice box. Luckily it wasn’t super hot at night so the ceiling fan did the job. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful!

Highly recommend, very clean, great food and drinks. Overall service was great plus easy access to the beach, 2 minutes walk. I would recommend anything but the Italian restaurant, food here not that good. Other restaurants on the property were fantastic for all meals.

The best hotel and all inclusive i have ever been to in 40 years. Michelin star quality food. Where else would you get fresh Oysters as a choice. Also Swordfish and every conceivable Tagine on offer. Amazing!!! Cleanliness amazing! Staff amazing! They cannot do enough for you Always smiling especially Abdullah at night. Always smiling and singing. Puts us to shame! Spa and Hammam also fantastic and recommended. Again amazing stay in everyway!!!!!

The hotel was excellent, with friendly and helpful housekeeping and staff. However, the individuals responsible for organising activities come across as a little peculiar. They only engage with guests if they are tipped, and they seem to overly pursue female guests for their social media and WhatsApp contacts. I hope they can maintain professionalism and focus on their responsibilities.

Excellent stay
Overall an excellent experience, staff helpful attentive, a special mention to Anya the housekeeper who kept our room spotless. Mohammad in the Italian restaurant, Massi in the outside terrace who runs this section faultlessly and finally Mustapha in the upstairs bar. A superb selection of food in the restaurants, everybody should be able to find something to eat. Just a couple of observations, the 220 rooms sold with a garden view, really do not have one just a service road and wall, think you need to be aware of this when booking. Plenty of sunbeds around the many pools, but people still reserve them with towels!.Feel that as the resort is selling as 5* the sunbeds should have cushions as after a while they do become a bit uncomfortable.
