"What was good about the hotel is that the reception staff and the personnel are very attentive, but the hotel itself is very old, and the surroundings are poorly maintained with abandoned buildings and potholed roads. Overall, considering the location, it could be better."

A comida veio crua o frango grelhado, o cartão magnético não abrirá a porta, muita dificuldade avisei um rapaz da portaria um rapaz alto e ele simplesmente validou novamente em uma máquina, e disse que estaria funcionando ponto foi uma grande dificuldade para acessar a tarja magnética no elevador para subir e principalmente, para abrir a porta do quarto várias e várias vezes eu fiquei mais de 5 minutos tentando inserir ou encaixar a tarja magnética que já está totalmente gasta. Sugiro que vocês utilizem os valores que não são baratos para que vocês também existam na troca desses cartões com tarjas magnéticas que estão totalmente gastos coloca o quê você ficou quieta acho que ficou ruim eu fiquei no apartamento 217. Tirando isso, foi muito bom só tenho a agradecer.

Two weeks a very nice place
Loved the room and breakfast parking underneath the hotel was secure and room key operated toilet clogged easily but overall a great place

Infelizmente tiveram um problema nos cabos de energia e o hotel ficou um dia inteiro sem podermos acender a luz, ar condicionado e carregar celular, fora isso a estadia foi muito boa, recepcionistas muito atenciosas!

Hotel com instalações antigas e piso feio. No banheiro, havia um cheiro terrível de esgoto. Coloquei o cesto de lixo sobre o ralo e fechei o ralo do box, para minimizar o mal cheiro. O atendimento de uma recepcionista que estava no período de noite e manhã, em um dos dias, foi antipática e sem qualquer empatia, em compensação, no outro dia, que vencia a minha segunda diária, era uma senhora loira, muito bem educada e cordial, oposto da sua colega do dia anterior anterior.
