Enter the home on the top floor and be charmed by the spacious great room. You'll enjoy high vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, modern furnishings, and a top-of-the-line custom kitchen, all while taking in the gorgeous panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from the main balcony.
The second floor features three bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, double vanity, and a separate water closet with a bathtub/shower combo. The second and third bedrooms each have queen beds and share a full bath with a bathtub/shower combo. For convenience, a stackable full-size washer and dryer are tucked away in an alcove in the shared bath. Both the primary suite and the second bedroom offer fabulous views facing the lake.
The third floor (ground level) is perfect for kids! It is equipped with a twin bunk bed, a twin trundle bed, and a pool table, accommodating up to four children.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
