Located on just over an acre, this riverfront property is surrounded by beautiful green grass and 50m of exclusive river frontage.
An easy 1 hour drive up the freeway from Adelaide.

Imagine waking up in the morning to the mist lifting off the river and wandering down the expansive lawns to your kayak to go for a paddle bird watching or an early morning ski/wakeboard.

Twin Gums is the place you want to be!

Twin Gums has its own private ramp to launch your boat or Jet Ski enjoying all the Murray River has to offer. Being situated on a wide section of the river the boat traffic is low. There is plenty of room to set up on the banks or sit back and relax in the water with a small shallow lagoon area that offers the perfect place for kids to float around.

Twin Gums is located just 10 minutes from The Bend Race Track. You can spend your days enjoying many events held at the Bend followed by a beautiful evening on the riverside. No matter if you are an avid fisher looking for a nice tranquil place to fish or a large family looking to get out on the water Twin Gums is the place for you.

There is a local bakery and cafes around for that beautiful morning brunch or dinner at the local Riverside Hotel. Everything here is within walking distance.

Don’t want to leave the river? Twin Gums has all the amenities you could need with a Nespresso coffee machine for your early morning caffeine hit. Enjoy the choice of 2 BBQs (WEBER Q and stainless steel grill BBQ) whilst taking in the river views and activities.
