Wonderful experience in this hotel
The hotel is a bit old but the service is outstanding. Room is clean and staffs at reception ,concierge and coffee bar are awesome.

Sadly, we probably won’t ever stay with this hotel again. The room isn’t clean. The AC vent and window curtains are full of dust. Worst of all, the room smells like a combination of sewer and night market.

帶長輩到台南旅遊，入住台南晶英酒店的體驗非常棒，沒有讓他們失望。 前台房務的服務人員親切有禮，在小細節上的安排也很貼心，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。 酒店房間寬敞舒適，每天有新鮮水果供應，喜歡吃水果的長輩很喜歡。冰箱裡有氣泡茶，每個樓層有一座公用的加水機，可以裝氣泡水和熱水，台南有這麼多美食，晚上回到飯店喝一口氣泡飲料解膩也是不錯的。 下次跟家人和朋友去台南，入住晶英酒店是我的Top 3之選。

Staff was excellent and facilites superb. This is the best hotel in Tainan in my opinion. right next to a large department store and many dining options. We stayed there on business and will return.

Nice clean and spacious room, The location is great to walk to the art center, and lots of nearby historical spots. Their room is very clean and the bed is firm enough. However, there is no working desk inside the room, and no offer of a self served laundry room for long-term travellers. The breakfast buffet isvery high quality. .

Lovely hotel, large and well appointed rooms
Lovely large and quiet room, also a big bathroom, Nespresso machine in room, seating bench at window, and small dining table too. TV doesn’t have Netflix but one can stream to it. Gym is lacking reasonable weights and equipment for a 5 star hotel (should be better), but we went to the awesome World Gym a few hundred metres away, cost NTD650 per daily session.
