Walking distance to Ximending and Ximen train station. Room and bathroom is small but hotel staffs are very helpful to make up for that.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, got bitten multiple times and had to check out in the middle of the night to go to another hotel. Room was very small and basic. Was refused refund.

The employees are really friendly and although it is a budget hotel, their bath amenities were of excellent quality. They have everything for my basic needs. Would consider stay here again.

Art’otel amazing, Ximending not so much.
Stayed 4 nights at the Art’otel in Ximending, we really enjoyed our stay, staff were great, room was comfortable. Located in a quieter part of Ximending which was handy to escape the madness. We were able to leave our bags at hotel since we arrived early. Room is small but all you need when exploring Taipei all day, shower was clean & had good pressure, soaps & shampoo were also nice. Nespresso machine in room, 2 pods a day supplied. We loved the hotel, but Ximending great to see, but was very chaotic, we would stay in another suburb next time we stay.

We had a fantastic stay, the location is great, easy to get to anywhere, just 5 minutes away tax ride to Taipei central station, Thomas was extremely helpful even assisted us to print out our visa to Vietnam which is our next trip , highly recommended

Close to all the hot spots without being isolated. Apparently, we got the no window option. It felt like a jail cell especially for the price. Compared to other options, price was a bit high for the quality of room. That said, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful plus they offered convenient amenities that made up for the room itself.

Always Enjoyable Stay
This has been our go to hotel whenever we're in Taipei. This time around we stayed in the medium room (cinema park view). We were lucky to have bright sunny days which made the extra amount paid well worth it. Naomi, Thomas and John and all the staff are always helpful and go over and above to make your stay as comfortable and easy ad possible. Make sure to ask them for local recommendations if you want something more authentic than just shopping (Naomi - the pork buns were worth standing in line for!). The rooms are always clean and there's an ECO option too if you're more environment conscious, plus you can do laundry as well (for a small fee). We've stayed here many times and will be back again for the next food trip!
