Cruise from Taiwan to Japan
It was just an overnight stay but staff member LaLa made everything less stressful for me. I was communicating with her when I was still in USA. Her English communication was great. She understood my needs. Made my transportation easy from airport to the hotel, then from hotel to Keelung Port for my cruise. Miss LaLa is very pleasant. She is a valuable employee.

Extremely convenient being next door to one of the Blue line exits. The complimentary breakfast has great selections, and good quality. They kept our luggage for several hours after we checked out, which was super helpful. Very happy about our one-night stay here. Will return next time.

Great location with excellent food 24 hours. Different food trucks come to the hotel front door every day. Less than 100 steps to metro station. Room is old with average clean. Carpet could be replaced in the rooms. We have 3 rooms staying. We request room cleaning daily but one of the room was not clean daily.

Great staff and hotel!
Great hotel in a great location, there is some weird things like they play music in the hallways in the afternoon that you can hear in the rooms, but I asked them to turn it down and staff did. Overall very helpful staff, good facilities and a great location.

Great for the price!!
The hotel is in a fun area with many reasonable places to eat and shop. The lobby is plain and dated but the room was lovely, clean, modern, well appointed, and comfortable. There was a balcony but had no furniture out on it to enjoy sitting there which we would have utilized. It is convenient to trains and taxi service. The breakfast area was very nice and had a wide variety of choices to eat. There was a lovely park within walking distance that we walked in each morning. The staff was very nice and tried very hard to be helpful, but there was a bit of a language barrier. They spoke minimal English, howerver we did manage to communicate. . They did store our luggage for us the first day as we checked in early and had a tour to go on.

Not the worst. Small rooms. I did encounter a foreign hair in room near the coffee. The bed is comfortable. The hot water never was hot and they did some maintenance immediately outside of my room at 8am on Sunday. It was loud and woke me up several times. There was no warning. It is removed the the Taipei city hustle and bustle but still very convenient as the blue (Bannan) line is a 90 second walk from the front of the hotel. I did not experience the breakfast. Check in was fast. The price matches the value. I'd stay again if I was on a budget.
