Just alright
The hotel overall is ok. Nothing stands out as a stark negative or positive. The staff was friendly enough but weren’t particularly helpful or hospitable. On the first night, we were all dead tired and someone knocks on our door, turns out one of the staff was delivering towels but we didn’t order towels so they apologized for getting the room wrong. Innocent mistake, but I couldn’t fall back asleep. The rooms and gym were all clean. The dryers in the laundry room were horrible, didn’t work at all and I needed to line dry all our clothes, they only refunded me half of the laundry fee.

Convenience and very comfortable.
It is a very good size room with convenience of a microwave oven and a cold refrigerator. It is close to several major department stores with supermarkets, restaurants and food sections within the buildings. Express bus terminal and MRT within few minutes walk is an added plus. I will definitely come back for a longer stay.

2nd time staying here. It is a gem in the busy xinyi area. Hotel is super clean with tasteful decor. Room is quiet and feels like we are the only guest here. Walking distance to City Hall MRT, and shopping district.

Convenient location. About 12minute walk to Taipei 101 and 5 minute walk to the nearest MRT station. The hotel room was huge, with very practical design. Plenty of storage space and table space.

The room was small and noisy, not as nice as the pictures online. Breakfast was disappointing, with very few choices and quite pricey. The staff were polite but in a cold and stiff manner.
