The service of concierge is brilliant, even the normal breakfast place is not available while I am staying but its service is still up to the standard.

in situation of disasters
The location is close to MTR station and restaurant. Employee are friendly. We were there when the 7.2 earthquake occured. The building safety is in check not much damages and all fire doors closed immediately in case of fire. I feel comfort even the earth continues shaking.

Very fancy hotel for a low price. All doormen, clerks, and restaurant staff speak English. Great breakfast options: Taiwanese and Japanese with many western options and pastries. Close to high end shipping and local type entertainment. Rooms are large with many amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is excellent but the staff put it in an altogether higher category. They were a perfect combination of competent and professional and engaging. They treated us like the best of family. This applied to everyone at the restaurant, check in and bellhops. We are leaving Taipei with the warmest of sentiments.
