Love the generous size of the room. 7-11 is next door, subway in front of entrance and Ximending across the road. Suggestion: hand soap in the toilet. Microwave in the dining area (maybe I didn't see it?) Dissatisfaction: no view. Facilities like washer dryer microwave are on a different floor than reception which is inconvenient when you need change to operate the machines as credit card payment was broken. No gym.

Facility is very new. They have the room lighting controls concentrated on a panel. Self-service laundry is very convenient although the payment panel wasn’t always working correctly but they fixed it timely. Very good location (西門町) and subway station right downstairs.

Excellent location.
The hotel is very new. Excellent location near subway station and near the ximen shopping. The place comes alive at night with lots of food vendors. The room was bright and roomy. They had a service to exchange your towels without entering the room. Leave your used towels outside the door with the sign to exchange. They hang fresh towels in a bag on your door knob. However, they will make up room every 3 days. They have all in one laundry machines Overall excellent

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, comfortable, modern, well located close to the train station, convenience stores, food and the lovely Ximending area. Check in and check out was very easy. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms are very well appontined with everything you need and more, with lots of thoughtful touches. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Taipei!
