Loved that the hotel is very convenient as it was very close to the MRT. Even had convenience stores, massage places and souvenir shops around it. Just a little downside is the hotel is not new. But this wont hamper a decision to stay again in future visits. Am for convenience 😊

I liked the fact it was close to an MRT, was quiet even on a main road, had lots of space, working fridge and Japanese style toilet and USB outlets by the bed. It was clean and staff were helpful. It probably could do with a refresh but otherwise comfortable. I did wish it was closer to Ximen.

This hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly but the rooms were very dated and showing signs of wear. The amenities were also not as robust as expected.

Great price, great service and great location
It is a hotel with history! The staffs are very friendly and professional. It’s location is very convenient, it is near by MingChuanXi Road MRT station, very easy to get to any place of great Taipei metro area.

Over all is very nice. I booked 2 weeks of staying. I’m happy the room was pretty good size water was stay strong and nice hot. Since we stayed for 2 weeks not just couple night if they would have provided a microwave in the room I would be very very happy. It’s kind of inconvenient without a microwave since I live in US and heavily used it. Otherwise I like the hotel and consider returning back here next year when I’m visiting Taiwan again.

Place is abit old but furniture still in good condition, only thing is the air-conditioning is not remote control, 2nd day then found the control knob, which is not at normal eye level to spot it, and after adjusting it, feel no difference in the room temperature.
