Exellent staff and the free breakfast. Great location. My wife and l had to but the top thin mattress on the floor to sleep for 5 nights because the beds were too soft. No fan in the WC.

This hotel was excellent. I appreciated the safety, walkability, friendliness, cleanliness, and incredible breakfast. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay! My only small critique would be to strengthen the wifi signal as it was intermittent in my room.

Comfortable stay in a quality hotel
The hotel was in a good location and had a good appearance. It was very busy so they could have opted a breakfast option on the top floor which they have done before when busy. Also the middle lift was not working for most of Saturday which added to congestion for the other 2. The restaurant as well although providing elegant food for dinner, the service was a little slow. Overall the hotel was well kept and staff were friendly and there were just a few areas where small improvements could have been made.

This hotel is located in a fabulous area! You can walk to concert venues, restaurants, and shops. Trams and buses are nearby to whisk you away to the center of Helsinki or to far away neighborhoods. A wonderful oasis in the city!

Nice local hotel with good amenities
Slightly out of the main part of the city with short walk access to a neighborhood square with restaurants, a walking park, local rail access to all the town has to offer. Quick train or Uber ride to the large market area. Great hotel if you are walking to the Olympic Stadium for an event. Nice, very large commercial sized fitness center onsite which was awesome. Not your typical hotel gym at all. 4 minute walk to one of the highest rated local cuisine restaurants in Kuu.

We did enjoy our stay. One issue was the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We reported it and the fix was a fan which helped but didn't resolve the problem. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable.

location great but cleanliness can be improved
The checkin process was smooth, the room was decent size and the hotel location was great….however, our room (545) had a very bad odour in the bathroom. We were at the hotel only for one night and not in the room all day, so we somehow managed using it….but also in terms of cleanliness there was a used pink towel left on the hair dryer that didn’t belong to us. The room also didn’t had any kettle for making tea/coffee which was a bit strange. The breakfast spread was great. The hotel gets quite busy so the lifts are always packed and you have to wait a long time to get one. There were very limited TV channels in English to watch. Overall, I would call the stay a pleasant one but it worked for our purpose.

Exceptionally good hotel
Clean and very neat hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Bar area and restaurant was good value for money. Had a swimming pool and separate saunas for men and women. Very reasonably priced for everything that the hotel had to offer. Only 2 to 3 minutes from Helsinki Train station by bus .
