Staff were amazing, there's a guest only lounge with free coffee, tea and also vending machine and microwave oven available, which they let us sit there to wait for check in when we arrived early. Hotel itself is easy walking from Shinagawa station (takanawa exit). There's a small "mall" nearby with everything you need. 7-eleven is literally across the road from the hotel. They are able to help organise luggage delivery services through yamato. Rooms were spacious for Tokyo. Shinagawa is also a transport hub so all of Tokyo is very accessible.

The staff were fantastic. Always willing to help and always smiling. The pillows and mattresses were not fantastic, but we got use to it after a couple of days. Walking distance to Shinagawa Station and there is a 7 eleven around the corner. Great hotel for convenience.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast!
Our stay here for one night was great! The room was small but worked great for the two of us. The included breakfast was excellent! I had asked for gluten free items for breakfast when I reserved the room and when we gave or voucher to the host they knew we needed gluten free food and it was well marked and they showed us the foods we could have. It was exceptional service.

Super friendly front desk staff as well as the dining staff. 2nd floor has 2 in 1 laundry machines, vending machines, and ice machine. We booked a triple room with 3 twin beds, but one of the beds is a sofa bed. The sofa bed is a bit squeaky and not as comfortable but it was only a short stay. The uphill walk from Shinawaga station is a bit tiring in the heat, especially if you have to luggages. The breakfast menu is the same every day, but food was pretty good for the price. Overall great experience.

The cool towel and cold water dispenser at the entrance lobby was a treat after walking uphill from the Shinagawa station with 3 large luggages with us arriving from Osaka that day. The staff at the desk was helpful and even let us stay on the second floor waiting area for our check in.
