Always a pleasure to stay at Ada homes hotel. It is situated in a perfect area, walking distance from everything, clean, great size room, and the staff is very friendly and available when required. Hands down 10/10!

Nice location but old building, there is a smell of drain, towels are yellow stained and dirty, sheets are dirty, sink is rusty, there has not been a detailed cleaning for a long time. Anyone who makes a reservation based on the photos will be disappointed.

Worst hotel in my life!!!
Terrible, dirty hotel! Does not match photos. The room was not cleaned, and towels were not changed for 5 days. Water poured from the ceiling directly onto the bed, soaked the linen and mattress. The water dripped for another 3 or 4 days. The owner didn't do anything, just gave a bucket so that the water would flow into it and not on me when I sleep on a wet bed. Hotels.com support said the owner should move me to the anather room, but he didn't. Just stopped responding to my messages.

Booked this hotel, the address was very hard to find. Their maps on the page was inaccurate and phone number was incorrect. When arrived there the door was closed and keep ringing their door bell and stayed at door for an hour. Finally i have to book another hotel.

The apartment was a disaster, the hand washbasin drain was broken, the shower box door was broken, the remote control did not work, and most importantly, there is no hot water in the apartment

Disgusting Room
What a disgusting place this is, I was put in the basement studio room and it was filthy, thick grease in the cupboards, dirty floors, plug sockets hanging out the walls, bare electrics on light switches. This place needs shutting down. I left ss soon as i could the next morning, i wish i had checked the reviews before booking. Difficult to get hold of the owner after eventually finding the place. Another resident let me in and rang them.

ALMOST A COMPLETE DISASTER!
If it wasn't for Ahmad's cooperation our stay would have been a complete disaster. 1) When we reached Ada homes, we were given a wrong room 2) No one responded/attended to this problem inspite of multiple calls/messages. It was only when we met Ahmad at Ada Homes that he helped us change the hotel to Liva Suite. He was really helpful. Cleanliness and repair work needs to be improved

Please avoid this filthy, dangerous accommodation. TV, safe, toilet, bedside light, bathroom light all broken. Shower and kitchen very disgusting state of repair, stained sheets, dirty floor, someone else's underwear in the kitchen area, it simply had not been cleaned or maintained at all. I tried to call but no answer. No staff on site so I contacted hotels.com who said they got hold of manager who would sort it, but they did not contact me or visit. Totally ignored me. Disgraceful accom and service.

First of all there is no one to talk to no one to answer the phone i had to wait by the door in order for someone to open.. The staff don't speak English... The place was dirty people had no idea I m coming... On top of it all they throw my staff without telling me.... Don't recommend it

Meydana yakın, temiz bir apart
Taksim meydana 10 dkk yürüme mesafesinde temiz bir apart otel. Otelin tek olumsuz tarafı bodrum katındaki rutubetli oda. Rezervasyon yaptığınızda mutlaka oteli arayıp bodrum katındaki oda olup olmadığını sorun derim. Onun dışında üst katlardaki odalarda bir sıkıntı yok. Gayet, temiz ve konforlu bi yer.

Gorgeous flat in a maze of backstreets
We stayed in the penthouse flat in the block. It was a really beautiful flat, very clean and well equipped. It also has a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture so you can sit out for breakfast. The location is fantastic. It’s really close to Istiklal but in the maze of backstreets. So plenty of really cool shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. And hundreds of cats on the street which are very cute. WiFi was very good. The apartment doesn’t have a lift so that’s good to bear in mind. So three floors up with a case was a little tricky. It’s also a fairly noisy area at night and the sound travels so you may want to pack some ear plugs. But aside from this it was a great place to stay. Also good to note - there is a reception available 24 hours by phone but the actual person is in the sister hotel about 5 minutes walk away. So there isn’t really an official reception at this place. On balance I would recommend it but important to know the above points.

可愛いらしいインテリア
清潔でとてもお洒落なインテリアです。 キッチンも洗濯機もあります。 ただひとつ難点は、入口のドアが常に閉まっており、レセプションもないので、チェックインするときどうしていいかわからなかった。幸いトルコのケータイ電話をもっていたのでホテルに電話すると、近くにいるスタッフがすぐに行くとのこと。電話ができないと面倒だと思う。
