Great hotel, only one complaint..
I stay here routinely. Only complaint is that the air conditioning in some rooms seems barely sufficient cool the room. Staff are great.

The hotel is a bit remote, but this was fine with us since we were with a large group staying in a variety of nearby accommodations. The free bikes were helpful. Breakfast was good with excellent service. (This was the only meal we had at the hotel.) Our room was spacious, although it did have a lingering cigarette smell, and the large bed comfortable. The bath towels were huge! We were happy with staying on a higher floor so we could have ocean views. The levels of English vary from employee to employee. Be sure to check a variety of transport services to find the best price. Overall, it suited us for a lovely weekend get-away.

Hotel was ok, great shower and comfy bed but management needs improving, no welcome or bell boy, for breakfast anyone can just walk in nobody around seating or checking. bird poop on sun beds and haven't cleaned in weeks etc... 2 star hotel with 5 star location

Having booked 3 rooms six months ago we received an email the day before arrival telling us they were overbooked. They offered an upgrade or downgrade as two options. We took the upgrade with a free meal sweetener. The upgrade was really an underused suit which was not as nice as the pool rooms we had booked. The compensation for the room change was OK but it is so annoying to book well in advance and then be told your booking really does not mean anything. We will not be going back even though we are locals and live in Thailand. Reservations must be honored.

Over An HOUR From Phuket. 60+ KMs No Exaggeration
I wanted to like this hotel. Pictures are beautiful and accurate. This hotel honestly was built to be a nice facility, and since it's relatively new, it still is. The staff is nice. This is where the good ends. 1. This hotel is truly in the middle of nowhere. I'm talking zero lights at night for the last 5 kilometers, random dirt roads, not much nearby (except for a few random small resorts with no food.) What this means is that you have no food options other than at the hotel, and even though this place advertises 3 options on property---THERE IS ONLY 1. The other two are literally closed down. Delivery options are an impossibility (for real.) Phuket town or Patong (the beautiful stuff that you want to see is about a 30-1hr drive from the airport, and this hotel is a 30-45 minute drive in the OPPOSITE direction from the airport. This means that when we looked for restaurant options in Phuket, all of our preferred choices were 60+ KMs away. Thank goodness I planned ahead of time after booking and we rented a car. Doing anything was like a day trip. 2. The food problem is compounded by the fact that what is being served is simply not fresh. I'm talking fries that were probably a few days old and crisped twice. I'm talking meat that was clearly reheated (and I don't say stuff like this unless I'm pretty certain.) My wife and I simply picked at our food and left it alone halfway through to be safe. The included breakfast had insects feasting on it more than humans ever could.
