No heat. Thermostat broken. I am not a serviceman.
The temperatures outside dropped to freezing & heat would not come on. It was late at night when I got to the room (midnight). When contacting the front desk they told me to use the thermostat. It was not functioning. The attendant gave me 2 AA batteries, 2 AAA batteries and a screwdriver. Not having a capable person that can actually fix technical problems is unacceptable. Being handed a screwdriver is not OK. The thermostat's screws were already half out (meaning it was a known issue and they left it for me to deal with). We spent a cold night on a stiff bed for more than $250. Cancelling my next trip.

The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, and the facility was very clean. Unfortunately the bed was perhaps the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Everything was as advertised via Hotels.com. Place was clean & staff was friendly!! Would've loved some commercial free movie options on the tv. Breakfast was decent.

Overall very good stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, however the towels were not enough for 4 people so I had to request extra towels as well as shampoo. Also, the breakfast wasn't this wowww but relatively good. I do recommend this hotel for everyone!

Nice property, free parking, free breakfast! Clean and comfortable beds. Only issue here were the inconsiderate guests that are very noisy which led to disruptive sleep!
