Roaches will stay with You
It was a nightmare. There were roaches everywhere. They tried to accommodate us and put us in another room, but roaches were there. So we asked to go back. They came up to spray, but it only got worse. Roaches in shower, crawling up the bed, on the floor, above the head board. It was disgusting. We were stuck there because no more hotels available because of FAMU graduation

Decent and Functional
Room was decent and functional. A couple light switches were installed upside down. Not a big deal in itself, but makes you wonder what else is wrong. Bathroom door lock did not work. Bed support sounded like a drum every time I got in the bed. Needed to store some meds in the fridge. Had to stay cold but not frozen. Desk clerk didn't know which number was the coldest setting. No documentation. She tried to find the answer but got no response. Breakfast was good.

After having a horrible start to my trip because of issues at another hotel. Country Inn was able to accomodate us on the fly and made us feel warm and welcome after a long day of traveling.

Adequate but mold smell
The hotel had a strong smell of mold / mildew. When I went into the room it got stronger. This is common in Florida hotels but you’d think they’d get dehumidifiers and figure out the problem. When I walked past the closet in my room it got unbearable and I quickly discovered the ironing board cover had green mold all over it

Normally the rooms are cleaner than the one we stayed in this time. The price is always good. They need some renovations.
