My son’s annual Christmas concert was yesterday. Unfortunately for me I became quite ill. Being a preferred member as I am a traveling RN I reached out to cancel my reservation. Not only did they refuse to refund my money but when speaking to the reservation desk they had very little to any concern regarding the lack of customer service related this policy. I will Definitely be moving my preferred membership to another chain due to this unfortunate event. Customer service means everything to me.

The room was fine, but could do without the barn door for a bathroom door. Breakfast was tremendously bad - gross watery powdered eggs, muffins smelled like chemicals and fakeness, coffee was water dressed in brown.

Everything was great- we loved our stay there. Very clean, great beds. The area nearby is under construction at the moment, We would definitely stay there again .
