No towel. No soap. No shampoo. There was old food in the mini fridge and ashes and blunt debris in the drawers. Might be the worst place I have ever stayed through Expedia. Very upsetting when I couldn’t even get a shower because there were no towels. I asked 3 different times.

There was a lot of roaches in the room. It was horrible of roaches... they were every where....If they eliminated those roaches in the rooms in would be a great hotel...

My room smelled like cigarettes, no towels, there were two holes in the room right above the bed. The room was dirty and I saw a roach once in the bathroom. Of course I asked to switch, but they were booked ……….. Never again for me !

I recently stayed at a hotel Loyalty Inn in Tallahassee and was impressed by the efforts of the new management to improve the overall experience. I would like to particularly mention Britto who was the management staff was incredibly polite, receptive, and went out of their way to be helpful. It's clear that they are focused on making positive changes, and I appreciated their willingness to accommodate any requests I had. While there are still areas to enhance, I’m happy with the service I received and look forward to seeing more improvements when I stay again next week.

Florida Health Department should close that place
Nasty place . The officer at the Desk very impolite. He had staff at the desk. They listened all my information .No privacy at all. My room had people smoking outside. The stair dirty and unsafe all very deteriorated . Trash garbage spilled out . In addition,dirty water spilling out from the room. The elevator smells urine.the bathroom wall broken, open to rats and cockroaches . No phone to call the desk in case of emergency. Towels dirty with yellow and green stains. Linen is dark white color.Bath tub nasty with brown stains. The guy wasn’t a gentleman at all I opened the office door and He came over me to enter before . Very disrespectful. I complained and they wanted to silent me by giving me a free room.The smoke detector is broken. If there is a Fire the whole Building burn out.

Absolutely a horror hotel. Only an outdoor elevator had mustard smeared on the floor. Reservation was not honored. People smoking drugs standing on every floor outside rooms. I was traveling with an elderly family member that required a handicap accessible room but not available. Told only one room left but to go look at it before completing registration. A/C unit broken down into parts all over the floor and bed. We refused to stay there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!

Save your Self - You Don’t want to Stay Here
This place scared me. I did not stay there. It is dirty , nasty, squatters in rooms, trash am human waste everywhere. I book close to 30 hotel stay a year. I dont need much: clean bed , tv, internet , and hot water. I have stayed in some scetchy places but the Loyalty Inn in TLH actually scared me. I felt like I needed a battery of anti diseases shots so I wouldn’t fall to influenza. This place needs to be condemned

It was a room with ac,a bed, and a shower at a decent price, which is all I really want. The clientele was a mix of people, but that could have been from the recent hurricane. Didn't see any roaches or other bugs. If you're looking for a resort type stay this isn't the place, but if you just want a place to sleep and shower with easy access to places to eat it's fine. I'd stay again.

When I arrived, I was told I could not check in until 8:30 pm, even though I reserved the room at 5pm. I come back to them telling me they have no information and no room. I wasn’t the only one this happened to. Then EVERY guest had to wait for rooms because they were still cleaning. Then after cleaning I see pictures of moldy sheets, another lady asking why there is no toilet seat on her toilet. It was not a great experience. I actually did not stay here at all, I demanded a refund and went and luckily found a different hotel. I will NEVER suggest staying at this hotel.. all you heard from the staff is: give me a minute. After sitting in the lobby for 2.5 hours.. that minute NEVER CAME.

The rooms were to small. It was terrible customer service. I paid for 3 nights i stayed 1 night. I tried to get a refund for the last night after the 1st night. I never received it. This hotel is just money hungry and do not care about the customer.

Nothing to like everything Nasty Horrible i wouldn't let a Horse stay in there or A Dog this motel lower than the lowest i rather sleep in my car than there they Cat Fish as hell the photo you see online is not hing like that sheets nasty Tub so nasty look like pigs been taking a bath tvs dnt wrk no microwave no refrigerator just dam nasty
