The pictures of the rooms for this hotel are completely misleading. The room was messy, there were screws sticking out of the bathroom door, we were missing batteries in all electric devices, the tub looked like it had been painted and it was peeling(?), half of the lights didn’t work. We were double charged for the room and were told “we’ll look into it.” My husband and I took turns sleeping because we didn’t feel secure. We were told to come talk to the morning front desk person about the double charge and they would be there at 6. We got to the front office a little after 6 as we were told and the lights were off and no one was there. Another long term hotel resident told us “they’re never there when they say they’ll be. It’s usually around 9-10 before someone is in the office.” All in all this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will never be back and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Unsavory adult men and working girls in parking lot. Room had roaches, one pillow, holes in walls, lights that didn’t work, no remote for TV, pool was dirty and broken, no fridge, no microwave, ice machine no bucket or ever cups. Called the office no one answers. Also charged more than I was quoted.

The room had the bare minimum for you to stay in. Water in the pool is green with all kinds of stuff in it. There were bugs in the room and trash down the walk ways. Bed sheets were dirty as well. Tv didn’t work or no cable that I knew of. . It’s always as bad as their neighbor property

Broken TV never fixed from 6:30 pm till next day check out. Melted plastic on bathroom walls. Pool; lite shade of brown unusable. Cigg butts everywhere with pot smell all around. If my car wasn't being repaired I would have left.

Old mattresses and furniture were abandoned right next to the room’s door. A couple of spiders were visible around the furniture and trash as well. AC was working but the unit was missing the entire cover. I could see the hose, the water and this is just the beginning. There was paint splattered all around the floor, TV has dangerous placed on top of a table without a stand. Restroom door did not close, checked and the hinge on the bottom was missing. There was no shower curtain and I couldn’t find the tv remote anywhere. Complete false advertisement! I went to the front desk to ask for a refund or to get another room in better conditions. We were offered another room but it was just as bad as the first option. Long story short we had to leave the hotel without getting a refund (total payed $61.63) Therefore, I am reaching out to you expedia to see if anything can be done to get a full refund.

The hotel stated I did not have a reservation, even though I received pre-trip confirmations stating they were looking forward to my stay. They had no other rooms available, so I was left scrambling to find other accommodations. I showed the desk my confirmation info - they just said sorry - nothing they could do. It was a nightmare.

Disappointed and dismayed
Unfortunately one of my worst hotel experiences in the past 25 plus years. The hotel itself is in very poor condition the stairwells and outside hallways are littered with refuse, the room was not fully clean including there being no toilet paper present, only one towel, no face cloths, no shampoo. In the middle of the night I was woken by pounding on the door of another guest who had apparently previously been in that room and had incorrectly been checked out of the room earlier in the day because the room had not been cleaned and they needed a different room. I think even in a desperate future, I would rather have slept in my car.

We came to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. I understand they are short staffed but nobody notified us it will be an hour late check in. We were on tight schedule that day. The room supposed to be smoke free- but it was not. The ceiling was even had mold on it. The customer service was also not very good.
