Lack of Communication
Property Managment impossible to get a hold of. First, had to call/email several times on the day of to get information on access. Then code did not work. They do not like to communicate on the phone. Then internet did not work. So, no TV at all since they are all Roku TVs. Managment answered the phone once and told us to reset the box. That did not work. Tried to get in touch with them to let them know and they did not respond until we sent 4 or 5 messages and hours later. They said they called Xfinity, I messaged back, when were they scheduled to come and no answer for hours again and only after we sent 3 messages. TVs never fixed. They do not care at all about their customers. Otherwise, they would have been on the phone instead of being made to use the VRBO messenger. One or two 5-10 min phone calls would have saved time, and aggravation on our end. I have never stayed at a VRBO where you cannot get ahold of the owners.
