They charged $100 security deposit and never refunded my money!!!! The hotel was a dump! Was advised by locals not to stay there, tried to cancel but was two minutes to late! Never stayed after being advised! Took a shower, no soap or shampoo or towels!!!!!! Then left.

Upon check in, none of the rooms seemed ready. The girls at the front desk seemed to be trying, however, the room service had to run back and forth to check if the rooms were even cleaned, at 3 oclock. I understand the traffic was heightened due to Hurricane Milton, but the rooms should have been ready by 3. It took an hour to get a room key. The sound of the block party in the parking lot at night was a little off putting as well. I dont think i would return when in Tallahasee again.

Horrible experience - Mold in the shower, ghetto place , no towels, bugs. Extremely unorganized. Waited 11 hours to get into room to be told they overbooked. I paid ahead and was there so I got in. Horrible place.

Fantastic day time staff. Especially the manager. Id hang out with the staff any time but alas, won’t stay here again. They are changing management and aiming high. I will return if they meet their goals to make it safer. Very thankful for their kindness.

we drove 8 hours to evacuate our area because of hurricane we called 3 times all the way up there to make sure our room was still available and each time they said yes. we get there at 1130pm and they tell us they dont have our room. we had to sleep in a walmart packing lot as they gave our room away...
