Reserved 2 nights here for the Fsu/Gator game. Upon check-in i was advised that the room key machine doesn't work. That everytime we needed in our room the hotel staff would have to let us in. I reserved a king size room and was given a room with a king size box spring with a queen mattress. The weather was in the 30's at night and the heater in our room didn't work. My husband & I went to Target an bought a space heater cause it was that cold in our room. Not only was it not working, our tv didn’t work either. Our room # was 105. I'd advise you find somewhere else to stay.

No wifi. No TV. No machine to make keys. No elevator. Room smells like smoke. Everything is pretty much broken in the actual room. Literally every piece of furniture is broke some way & the AC unit as well.

No one should ever try to stay at this property. It was dirty, run down and appeared to be in a very unsafe part of town. However, I never got to experience the inside of the property whatsoever as the front door to the office was locked and there was no attendant. I called the hotel and the phone rang for nearly 10 minutes without answer. I cannot stress enough that no one should stay at this property

Worst Hotel/Motel Experience
We registered, went to the room but could not stay due to the horrible conditions and filthy conditions outside and inside. Filthy walkway and stairways, drug remnants by the stairs, limited furniture, inadequate marred furniture, room not very clean, unclean damaged bath tub. We tried to get a refund by calling the # given but was unsuccessful. We had to find another hotel. The worst hotel experience ever.

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
The room key did not work. I went back and forth to the office 5 times for a key. After the 5th attempt I was told a housekeeper would let me in the room each time I came to and fro. The second day of my reservation Rod knocked on my door and argued that the key worked when he issued it and then he proceeded to talk nasty and disrespectful to me and threatened that he "would put the incident in his notes" whatever that meant. I will NEVER BOOK THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN! I plan to tell everyone I know about how I was disrespected and never had a working key to the room I paid for!!

I walk in to check in (check in was as 3, we got there around 4) they lady informs me that she doesn’t have a room ready yet. She said could check me in tho. After waiting about 10 mins she said a room was ready. This motel has residents that basically “live” there and we got put next to one. We got your room around 4 and our son was crying. The neighbor (Charles) banged on our door and told us we need to keep it down because he was sleeping. We apologized. Ordered pizza and the same neighbor said he’d forgive the noise if we gave him pizza. So we gave him 2 slices. Right after that he blasted music inside his room and outside his room from 8pm til 4 am. So many different people outside our room talking loud and dancing and singing all night. Could have got second hand high just by walking out the door. He had dogs that barked all night. We called maintenance to come fix our tv. No one ever came the whole night. At 11:30pm we get a bang on our door from some lady from the front office saying that we aren’t check into room we were in. Basically don’t get any sleep at all. The next morning i informed the front desk lady about the incident. She was nice about it and agreed that the music was way too loud (i recorded it). The room wasn’t terrible. No mini fridge tho. The beds weren’t comfy at all. Bathroom was big. Overall i would never go there again.

When we arrived, there were no rooms available for us. We were given a room that was missing a bed and had dust all over the floor. We were then given a room without the features we asked for, and which was still subpar (lights not working, flies in the bathroom, crumbling tabletops. Luckily, the manager was able to request a refrigerator and microwave be moved to our room.I wish Expedia give me money back

Grateful but concerned
We learned we needed to be in Tallahassee just a few days before our arrival. Unfortunately, due to several large events in the area, most of the hotels were sold out. I was thankful to have a place to stay but somewhat disappointed in the condition. To be fair, the room was clean but there were several things which could have been better. The mattress was super creaky anytime we had to move. While there was only one towel in the bathroom, the shower was nice and hot which was good. The exterior of the property was very well lit which was good because it felt a little sketchy with what I will assume are long time guests of the property. All in all, it was an acceptable stay based on our needs but I would have felt uncomfortable bringing my children to this location. Would I come back? yes...but only as another last resort. The staff was very eager to please which was nice.
