Cute themed hotel but air conditioning issues
This hotel was reasonably priced, had a cute whimsical design, and cozy updated feel. The rooms were on the small size but they were big enough for the pupose of sleeping. Our only complaint was the mildew smell the minute you walked into the hotel and throughout. I was hoping the smell didn’t continue into our room but unfortunately it did. The room smelled like mold and had a high humidity and dampness to it. I will not be returning due to the smell of mold and obvious issues with the air conditioning and ventilation. It is a shame because the hotel was adorable, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Very impressed! Perfect for an overnight stay! Checking in was very easy on line so quick when we arrived. Staff was very personable and helpful. Hotel, room and breakfast area were neat and clean. Love the retro look of the decor! We were more impressed with this hotel than others we have stayed at that cost a lot more! I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would absolutely stay again! I hope they have more locations soon.

We stayed here three weeks ago and was wowed. What a difference three weeks makes! Hotel apparently having some renovations ( it opened less than a month ago ) Big fans running in the hallways upstairs. The room given the furthest from reception. Away from the fam noise but right by the dumpster which was emptied by a noisy garbage truck at 4.45am. Also, told the pool is closed due to renovations. Not mentioned on website at time of booking

We stayed here 3 of 4 nights. The day between we stayed at a different hotel and regretted it instantly. BOB was a pleasant surprise. A nice hotel that's simple, family friendly and convenient.

Great stay
This hotel was great. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Whish the water got a little hotter, but that is a personal preference. The staff is very friendly and are willing to help in any way they can. The breakfast was good, just no eggs or other neats. But they do have waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, hot coffee, hot tea and jucie. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Well of course thank you to the owners of such a beautiful space. BOB hotel is exactly my kind of style. The aesthetic was very cool and nicely put together making me feel immediately at ease. I had a wonderful conversation with Nelson the manager who was so kind and it was awesome to exchange life experience and gratitude with him. The amazing gentleman who checked me in was also very welcoming and he gave me a great tip on a shop I was looking for. I’m greatful to Shaquita (I think that was her name, apologies if it’s not). What a beautiful spirit who I also had an another great conversation with. The entire staff at BOB was very friendly which I am grateful for, for anyone to be happy and be at work when they can literally be anywhere else doing anything with their time and they choose to come and serve others to make their lives pleasant. Thank you for all that you do to assist me in having a wonderful life experience. Thank you thank you thank you. Have the most spectacular of days!

Good price and clean, modern, nicely decorated room, but the whole place felt a bit damp, and there was a dehumidifier running in the very stuffy 2nd floor corridor. It should be mentioned that there is NO ELEVATOR. They do offer assistance to get bags to room, but we had a 90-yr old with us, for whom even one flight of stairs is a challenge. Would have requested a first-floor room had we known this. App-based TV channels were hard to use and required hotel staff to get it working.
