Excellent location, great facilities.
Had a great stay at Nordic Forum Hotel. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Room had all the amenities - kettle, hair dryer, fridge, safe, slippers, robes. 2 water bottles were provided on the first day and there were complementary drinks in the mini bar. Bathroom was spacious, with Elemis products. There was also a bidet. The location of the hotel was fabulous, literally on the outskirts of the old town. Less than 10 mins walk to the town square. Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment. Didn’t try the Breakfast but saw the offer and it looked great, lots of variety (€22 pp). Overall, would highly recommend and would come back again. In terms of improvement, would be good if there was milk provided in the room (for the tea). The room was a little warm for me personally. My room also faced the main road and I found it a bit noisy so if you’re a light sleeper, I would ask for a room that faces the internal well/courtyard. Towels weren’t changed during our stay but it was only 2 nights so wasn’t a big problem.

First time in Tallinn and had heard good things about the Nordic Forum and rightly so, what a great find. Great location right next to the old town, a good looking and modern hotel. Breakfast was great, the room a good size and comfortable and the whole place had a very modern feel. Other than the helpful lady who checked us in and out, the staff aren’t the friendliest but aren’t unpleasant. If I returned to Tallinn I wouldn’t look anywhere else assuming the price remained reasonable

Good location, within walking distance of old town. Good breakfast. Let down by the staff on reception, 2 of whom were rude and unhelpful. Contrast with the staff in the restaurant who were outstanding. Hotel did upgrade me after failing to address issues with the original room. Upgraded room was excellent. Need to make it clear to guests that they actively have to request room cleaning. This was not done on check in
