You're only at 5 mn by car from the lake, 30 min from the ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand.

The house offers greats spaces ( 170 m2 ), a private garden, a terrace and a garden.


We are discreet people but we stay available during all your stay.

It’s the country side of the lake of Annecy, it’s calm, peaceful…

It’s a very good place for people who are looking for quietude and enjoy great open spaces because you find yourself literally at the foot of mountains which is known like: The Tournette, The Dents de Lanfon, The Lanfonnet.

The tenants have access to all the house.
There are privates car places in front of it.

You can find a bus top on the bottom of the hill where de accommodation is located.
It's 5mn to go there by walk ( free shuttle the summer).
Otherwise you can go in Les Granges (5mn by car from the apartment).

Seasonal pool from May to end of September (weather permitting): 12 x 4 m and 1.5 m deep. Heated to 21 degrees.
