## The Villa

In the heart of a large garden of 5000m², this old renovated barn of 230m² is the perfect combination of the stone's charm, a careful decoration in a contemporary style and a modern equipment. Spacious and comfortable, Villa La Grange is an ideal holiday home with a heated swimming pool bordered by a large, partly covered bioclimatic terrace. The children's games, the petanque court, the barbecue or simply the deckchairs by the pool will make everyone's stay a perfect moment.
Inside, a large, very bright living room houses the lounge, the TV and numerous seats for reading or resting. This space communicates with a dining room and semi-open, fully equipped kitchen. The latter has a 4-burner hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge, a storeroom and all the utensils for cooking.

A more intimate part of the house has 5 bedrooms, including 2 parental suites and a children's dormitory, for 10 to 11 beds (children + 2 years). Baby equipment is also available. Sheets and towels can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
Wifi is available throughout the house.

Its location, on the bocage side, but facing the golf course and the port of Bourgenay, only 800m from the ocean and 1.5 km from the beach of Veillon, is ideal to fully enjoy a stay by the sea. The numerous cycle paths allow you to get around by bike or to go for superb walks along the coast.

The swimming pool, heated from May onwards, weather permitting, is available until October, again weather permitting.


## Surroundings

La Villa La Grange is ideally located, facing the Golf de Port Bourgenay, a magnificent Links between maritime pines and bocages, all with a view of the ocean. Only 500m from the marina, where there are many water sports activities, and less than 2 km from the Veillon beach. The beach is supervised, ideal for swimming and renowned for its kite-surfing spot.

The villa is also in the direct vicinity of several other beaches, notably the Grande Plage of Les Sables d'Olonne.

There are many activities in the area such as horse riding, sand yachting, kite surfing, hiking, tennis and many others.

The Estuaire du Payré, near the beach of Veillon, is a natural site remarkable for its unique setting and its preserved nature. You can go for a walk and meet the oyster farmers of La Guittière, and taste their products.

On the way to Les Sables d'Olonne, and less than 2 km away, is the Aquarium de Vendée.

A cycle track, on the seafront, leads to Les Sables d'Olonne along the Cayola Bay and through the Bois de Saint Jean, an ideal setting for a bike ride.
Gourmets will appreciate the Cayola, a gastronomic restaurant with an exceptional view of the bay. Les Sables d'Olonne also offers a number of very good restaurants for all tastes, such as Le Fatra, Le Quai des Saveurs, Le Mama, or Les Chardons.

Finally, as the Vendée is a country steeped in history, there are many testimonies of this rich past available to visitors. Less than 5 km from the villa is the Château de Talmont, a vestige of the passage of Richard the Lionheart. You can also visit Le Puy du Fou, less than an hour away by car.

All amenities are available in the village of Bourgenay - Le Querry Pigeon, within walking distance.
