Rural house of slate, stone and wood, typical of the area of Black Architecture, located in the town of Palancares, one of the towns of Ocejón (2048 meters), on the route of the black villages, near Madrid, surrounded by mountainous and rugged landscapes, with native forest, ideal to spend a dream vacation in the comfort of a home for a romantic getaway, family or friends. With a comfortable interior and fully equipped to spend a few pleasant days and which of course could not miss the fireplace to give a romantic touch.

The house has 2 bedrooms with its terrace, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed (with which it could exceptionally be occupied by 6 people) and is located in the center of town.

Fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, heating, TV and Wi-Fi for free. From its terrace you can see the Ocejón peak with unforgettable sunsets.

Palancares is located within the area of Black Architecture, in the period of declaration of UNESCO as a world heritage site, you can make several bicycle routes, hiking and / or mountain. It is adjacent to Valverde de los Arroyos (one of the 25 most beautiful villages in Spain) from where you can access the spectacular Despeñalagua jetties of 120 mt. of height only 30 minutes walking on a very easy path. Close to the property there is a bar restaurant.

La casa está en un pueblecito muy pequeño, pero que en fechas se llena de gente del pueblo de toda la vida con sus niños creando un ambiente genial. La casa está reformada con todo el gusto del mundo, con todas las comodidades, pero además con un ambiente muy auténtico gracias a la piedra y madera. La comunicación con la dueña excepcional, muy atenta en todo momento. Antes o después repetiremos, seguro.

PERFECTO PARA UNA ESCAPADA EN OTOÑO
La casa es simplemente perfecta si lo que te gusta es alejarte del ruido y el estrés de la ciudad. En un pueblo muy pequeño entre montañas, es una casa superior en cuanto a comodidad y equipamiento, no le falta detalle, está dotada con todo lo que puedes necesitar en una estancia de varios días. La limpieza es exquisita en todos sus rincones, cómoda y confortable, con chimenea. Tan solo si tienes problemas de movilidad no es recomendable, pues las habitaciones están en una planta superior. Y lo más destacable, la amabilidad de las dueñas, todo facilidades y buena disposición para ayudar, sin duda repetiremos en cuanto podamos.

Calme, nature et humanité
Excellent séjour à Palancares au coeur d'une région magnifique qui nous était méconnue. La maison est agréable, très propre, rien ne manque. Isabel fait en sorte que vous vous sentiez chez vous tout en étant discrète. Les habitants du village, de la région ont à coeur d'être agréable et l'on se sent bien en leur compagnie. Très agréable séjour en plein cœur de l’Espagne
Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en una casa muy cómoda. Isabel es una ama de casa muy acogedora e atenta que da buenos consejos. Realmente hemos apreciado el pueblo, sus habitantes y el ambiente muy familiar y amistoso. La región con sus pueblecitos de arquitectura negra es esplándido, también visitamos Tamajón (y su tienda), Cogolludo, Guadalajara y Madrid. En resumen, unas vacaciones bien ocupadas. La casa es preciosa, estaba muy cuidada y muy limpia. La dueña es majisima, nos aconsejó sobre sitios a los que ir y pudimos acordar con ella tanto la hora de llegada como la de salida sin ningún problema. Hay un montón de sitios por los alrededores para visitar que son increíbles.

Fin de semana de ensueño
Una casa preciosa, tal cual las fotos. La anfitriona Isabel es un encanto y muy flexible en cualquier petición. No hemos tenido ningún problema por llevar a nuestra familia perruna y gatuna con nosotros a disfrutar de un fin de semana de descanso y naturaleza.
