O Flat é excelente, muito bem organizado e limpo, decoração de bom gosto, todos os utensílios que precisamos, incluindo taças para vinho tinto e espumante, e com uma vista muito bonita para dentro do condomínio. Fica dentro de um grande e ótimo condomínio, com um complexo enorme de piscinas e à beira mar. Dentro do condomínio tem um restaurante que, além de boa comida, ainda vende alguns itens de mercearia como água e gelo. Os preços do restaurante são justos e acima de um certo valor eles entregam, sem taxa, no apto. Tivemos uma ótima estadia, o apto nos surpreendeu ficando acima das nossas expectativas e a Paula Freitas é uma ótima anfitriã. Paula, somente uma sugestão: se possível, disponibilizar um cooler ou caixa térmica, pequena ou média mesmo, para levar as bebidas para a piscina e/ou praia. Isso facilita muito. RECOMENDO o flat.
