Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.

The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.

There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The guests will have access to the entire property.

Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

This is a truly oceanfront property located in the best possible location and the nicest building in the area. Comprised of 3 full bedrooms plus 3 full baths, gourmet kitchen, spacious living area, large swimming pool with huge hot tub, underground parking, natural stone floors, high end finishes, deluxe linens and mattresses, stainless Weber Genesis BBQ on your oceanfront balcony and more. It does not get much better than this.

Additionally we provide a maid service for the home every other day during your stay. The property manager will personally check you into the condo and help familiarize you with the area while providing ongoing concierge service for your group as you wish.

A short walk to a number of Playa Langosta bars and restaurants and a 10-15 minute walk into Tamarindo Town (or 2 minute drive) will give you plenty of options. The area features plenty of grocery stores (large and small) and we can even coordinate groceries to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival.

This property is unique, luxury and quite a solid value for such a large (3000sf) condo.

Love this area, just far away from the busy town but close enough to walk to. Beautiful beach and very nice accommodations. Only one negative was furniture in family room had a "not-so fresh" smell which was overwhelming.

We really enjoyed the space to more about. The condo rooms were large with plenty of storage. Having a washer and dryer on site is a bonus. The security guards were helpful and prompt. I was disappointed with the beach it was rockier than expected, and the view of the beach was blocked by the trees.

The pictures don't do it justice
This condo was truly amazing. I rarely say that a place looks better in real life than the pictures posted. The balcony view of the ocean is breathtaking, and the condo is huge. There were 5 of us but this condo can comfortably sleep 8 (in beds). Washer and dryer were a huge bonus for me, especially being near the beach. There were plenty of extra linens. Concierge was very responsive when I had questions. The property is gated and we felt very safe the entire time. Two pieces of constructive criticism, because no place is perfect :) The parking (under the building) is very tight. We had a rental SUV and it was a challenge getting it in and out of the very small spot, but not impossible. A small car would be no problem. There are quite a few crabs (sand crabs?) in the condo. We found 3-4 a day throughout our stay. I did ask building management and they said this was "part of the beauty of Costa Rica". We would have preferred if that beauty stayed outside the condo. I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done about this, but I just think they should make you aware in advance since there are so many.

Incredible Stay
The view is out of this world. My family, fiance and I stayed here for a few days and could not have been happier with the property. Every room is larger than you'd expect and the balcony provides a perfect view of the sunset over the ocean every evening.

PERFECT!!! JUST PERFECT!!!
Wife and I stayed here with our 4 boys aged 14,12, & twin 6 year olds. This place was amazing. The view is so beautiful and peaceful. We sat out on the balconey every morning with coffee and watched the waves come in. The condo is well stocked, and even with beach towels!!! It was amazing going out onto the beach each morning and sitting in the tide pools and the 85+ degree ocean water. The pool is amazing even though we only swam in it a couple times. The building itself is built extraordinary well. We didn't really hear anyone else in the building except for some very faint sounds. The pictures do not do it justice. It is better than the pictures. It was too far from Tamarindo for us to walk with out little kids, but driving is not too bad. If you are all older, the walk is no problem. The town of Tamarindo is a bit touristy and crowded, but manageable. This condo is THE PLACE to rent. Oh, and for the surfers and SUP's, there are racks in your car parking spot udnerground. You can paddle out and SUP right in front. To surf, you'll need to walk South a little, about 5-10 minutes unless you wanna surf the big point on the right tide.

Amazing Family Vacation
My husband, my 4 sons, and I were very impressed with the property!! Everything was perfect to fit our family vacation. The 24 hour guard was friendly and made us feel secure about our stay. We had an outage and we called the concierge who took care of business within 15 minutes. We loved where we stayed! I have the perfect view and it was working distance to the beach. Perfect Luxury Condo!
6 members of my family just spent 7 nights in Crystal Sands 202. Everything I read in previous reviews was 100% accurate. Fantastic location close enough to Tamarindo to feel like you're part of the action, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We spent several evenings enjoying the legendary Costa Rica sunsets on the huge balcony. The concierge staff is amazing (Thanks Wils and Sebastian!) and took care of all our needs. Don't think twice about reserving this property - you won't regret it.

STOP READING REVIEWS - RESERVE THIS CONDO....NOW!
If you're still reading then I'll make it easy for you.....every previous positive review is absolutely spot on. 6 members of my family and I just spent 8 incredible days in this condo. Here's the answer to the questions you should be asking yourself: 1. Are the views better than in the pictures? YES! 2. Is this a $1M+ property with the best views in / near Tamarindo? YES! 3. Is the condo more beautiful than it appears in the pictures? YES! 4. Is the location close to the action in Tamarindo but far enough away for peace and quiet at night? YES! 5. Are the Concierge Team members as wonderful as everyone has reviewed? YES! We worked with Sebastian and Wils to arrange multiple excursions and dinners. The service was flawless and they made everything easy. My wife and I took a Spa Day at Altos De Eros (set up by Sebastian) and we left a hat at the property without realizing it until much later....in fact, we didn't realize it until I got a call from Sebastian letting me know he'd arranged to have the hat delivered to him and that he would bring it to me later in the day. 6. Can I walk to Tamarindo from the Condo? Yes....BUT I highly recommend renting a golf cart from www.rentme.cr The wonderful family that owns this business live in Crystal Sands and they delivered and picked up carts to our assigned parking space in the basement. 7. Will I regret anything by renting this condo? YES....you'll regret not extending your trip and staying longer! ;-)

Gorgeous property directly on the beach of the Pacific
We found the property to be outstanding. Clean, nicely appointed, and the service through the arranged concierge was excellent and arranged for all of our needs. Transportation to/from the airport, tours, reservations every night at the best restaurants. No need for a hotel, stay at this great VRBO location and get the same 5 star treatment without the crowds. We have 5 in our family (3 kids) and the property worked great for us. Lots of room. A couple of tips to enjoy your stay a bit more: 1) while the restaurants of Tamarindo are within walking distance (15-20 minute walk) we rented a golf cart for around town and really liked that option. 2) the unit comes with a nice sound system. Since there are no instructions on how to use it (that we noted), download the "Sonos" app to your device (the unit has great wifi service) and the app runs the sound system. Great sound and all the options for music you would ever want 3) take advantage of the concierge service. They will take care of all of your needs and do it quickly and with a smile In summary, a great location, a great property, reasonably priced, and RIGHT ON THE LANGOSTA BEACH with gorgeous sunsets straight out from the huge balcony shown in the pictures. Highly recommend this unit.

Very spacious condo with amazing views & wonderful concierge service!
Just spent 8 days at this gorgeous condo. It's huge and tastefully decorated. Amazing views of the sunset every night from the spacious patio. Was even able to do some swimming in the ocean right in front of the condo, although it is mostly lava, so you can only do this during high tide. About a 10 minute walk down the beach to more of a swimming area. Could do with a blender (for smoothies and those fancy drinks that we like on holiday!) but otherwise the kitchen was fairly well equipped. Nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs. We have used VRBO / HomeAway to rent other condos but they never came with concierge service. Andrea arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and she personally met us when we arrived. She showed us the condo and gave us her number to call anytime (or text on WhatsApp). During our stay, she suggested excellent local restaurants, where to do our grocery shopping and even arranged for a golf cart rental. If you are not renting a car, we highly recommend the golf cart to get you around town. The condo is a bit of a walk along the dusty roads to get to the shops & restaurants, so the golf cart was invaluable. Andrea also arranged for a couple of tours - we highly recommend the catamaran sunset cruise and the estuary tour. We had a medical issue and needed to see a doctor ASAP. One call to Andrea and within 20 minutes she had a taxi waiting at the front gate to take us to a 24 hour clinic. The taxi waited for us and drove us home afterwards, all for a very reasonable cost. Having never been to Costa Rica before and not knowing how things worked there, Andrea was an invaluable source. We also had friendly maid service every two days. We would definitely return!!

Wonderful beachfront property!
This property was pretty much perfect for our family of five. It's large layout allowed for everyone to spread out, and it's location was ideal - on the beach but out of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. We chose not to walk to Tamarindo as the temperatures were quite hot during our stay, but it is definitely walkable. The grounds of the property were beautiful and well maintained, the unit was very clean, the linens very high quality (always a sign of a high end property in my book), and the concierge services were very helpful. We hope to get back here someday soon!

Great place to vacation.
We travelled with two other couples and rented Crystal Sands 202 for two weeks. We found the accommodation attractive, spacious, clean, comfortable and inviting. The particular highlights were the amazing view from the large, private deck, the huge master bedroom, the pool with a generous amount of seating with quiet, private surroundings and the maid service every second day. We also appreciated the individual controlled air conditioning in each room, the new, thick, white towels and generous assortment of bedding. A couple of drawbacks included the poorly equipped kitchen and the distance from the swimming beaches. We have to admit though, the 20 minute walk along the beach to the sensational beach in Tamarindo town was a good way to work off the delicious food and drinks. We particularly enjoyed the sailboat trip with Serendipity recommended by Sebastion. We would also highly recommend the chef, Vanessa, who Sebastion booked to come into our condo one evening to cook us dinner. We didn’t rent a car and if we didn’t feel like walking the taxi cost only $5 into town. There were many good restaurants close by and plenty of shopping in Tamarindo.
