Luxurious villa in Tamarindo conservation area and Langosta beach club

Casa Tiempo Celestial is located in a secure, gated upscale community known as The Point at Tamarindo Preserve. The Point at Tamarindo Preserve is the point of land separating and bordered by two beaches, one a sunset beach with lava rock and shells (Playa Langosta), and the other, a surfers dream (Playa Tamarindo). The Villa is a stand alone home with its own private pool and beautifully landscaped back yard filled with palm trees and jasmine. Birds, butterflies, and monkeys are frequent visitors to this haven.

There are two distinct seasons in Costa Rica: the green season (May - November) and the dry season (December to May). The landscape changes with the rains. Both seasons are beautiful in their own way and dramatically different. The lava fields with golden grasses near Bagaches are hauntingly beautiful in the dry season. Mountain biking in the dry season is a delight. The green season brings out purple and red crabs and the plants are lush. The garden and the animals that visit our home change with the season.

Your rental includes FULL PRIVILEGES at the top beach club in Tamarindo, The Langosta Beach Club. The Langosta Beach Club features an infinity pool, yoga studio, fitness center, private personal trainers, world class food and a most delightful staff. The club rents lots of water toys, and watching the sun set under the palms or at your private table is heavenly.

Four large teak pocket doors in our home open to enjoy indoor - outdoor living. The kitchen has service for 6, lots of gourmet cooking gadgets, and the appliances are William Sonoma and Bosch.

Both master bedrooms are en suite and feature outdoor garden showers enclosed in glass. Each bedroom has its own safe and closet with built in storage.

The backyard has a flower covered gazebo, lounge chairs for reading and relaxing, gas BBQ, outdoor shower, and outdoor table for dining al fresco.

Maid service, a personal chefs, and chauffeur service is available for an additional cost arranged with and payable directly to our property manager Horizon Pacific. You will also have full concierge service available through Horizon Pacific or the Beach Club to help organize the adventures of your dreams.

There are more than 50 restaurants in Tamarindo and Langosta, and local farmer's markets and grocery stores sell world class fare. Not to be missed are exotic fruits - mangosteens and rambutans. Seared tuna is a must. Mangoes, papaya, baby pineapples, and bananas in many colors! The food is natural and healthy.

This home is an ideal base for exploring Western Costa Rica - its beaches, jungles, and volcanoes. And at the end of an adventure filled day, this home awaits you with quiet comfort to relax and recharge.

Beautiful home
The home was beautiful with all up to date appliances and everything we needed to cook and serve. I just didn't do enough research on Tamarindo as a city and its location to all the attractions that we wanted to see. It was very far away from the scenic tours and having to ride 2 1/2 hours to see the volcanos and waterfalls (which we never did see) was very tiring. I wish I had known it that September was the rainiest month in Costa Rica. I would have definitely chosen another time to visit. The constant rain made it hard for us to plan anything outdoors. Obviously, this is not anyone's fault but our own as we should have read more about the country and when the best time to visit is. Daniela was great and so was our driver, Ulver.

LOVE this house
This is our second visit to Casa Tiempo Celestial. We love the house and the location. Kattia at Horizon is the best. She is always so helpful setting us up with a golf cart, excursions, cleaning, and anything else we needed. The house comes with a membership to Langosta Beach Club, which is CRUCIAL. Highly recommend this property.

May 2024 first time in Costa Rica
We had the opportunity to take our daughter on this trip to celebrate her graduating college. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and definitely not our last. The property was perfect for us. Great location and plenty of space. Close to beach and shops and restaurants. We had the chance to do 3 excursions,which were amazing. Daniela the property manager and Oliver the driver were super helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this vrbo!!

Gem in Tamarindo, walk to beach and beach club access
Great spot! Super clean on check in and quiet spot. Walk to beach in about 5 minutes, not great views of beach but walk was quick, easy and safe. Loved the access to the Langosta Beach club and they do a great job! Having this access was key with pool on beach, great food and drinks and can rent surf boards for the day for only $15. Bedrooms were nice, only queen beds, but outside patio is great. Overall for price of place with walking distance to beach and access to beach club this place is a great deal, would recommend and love to return again! Communication from host was very good, thanks Jamie for a great stay in Tamarindo!

Great location in Quiet Neighborhood
The house was lovely and very private and comfortable. We loved the location as it is away from the center of town but within walking distance for us (<1 mile each way). Also a 2 minute walk to the beach! You can access both langosta and tamarindo from the property by walking.

Check-in process was terrible. Keys were given to driver who brought us to property with no one from management to explain how everything worked. WiFi was awful and could never establish signal to upstairs bedrooms. First night ants invaded the house and could never get rid of them even with spraying. Owner did not indicate ants would come inside the house. Also, in the VRBO description, we were supposed to receive maid service at least once per week, but were told by management it would be once every two weeks, which was inadequate. There was some type of animal that defecated in the guest bedroom shower every night. We ended up leaving 4 days early due to raccoons invading the back pool area during late afternoon, even washing their hands in the pool and sitting on the pool furniture. They carry parasites and rabies on occasion, so we were not able to use the pool. When we informed the owner, he just blew us off and was very rude. We asked for a refund for the four nights we didn’t use and he refused to refund the money. The air conditioning also broke down for three days. We are an older couple and had the house rented for two months as it was on our bucket list, but ended up being very disappointed. Would not recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay for an extended period of time.

Greet place!
Jaimie’s place is wonderful and he is a great communicator. He responds quickly to messages and was super helpful with making recommendations in Tamarindo. A special thanks to property manager, Kattia, who was simply amazing, and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The house is easy walking distance from town, and far enough to not hear any of the noise. It’s tastefully decorated and had the nicest appliances and kitchenware of any place I’ve stayed. The plunge pool was awesome to cool off after a day at the beach or walking around town.

Little piece of heaven
This home, the pool and the location are incredible. It's an easy walk to Playas Tamarindo and Langosta, is super comfortable, has everything you could possibly need (comfy beds, plenty of towels, very well stocked kitchen, etc), and has access to the Langosta Beach Club which is so much fun. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Really a piece of heaven on earth
This was truly the best vacation accommodations we've ever had. Everything was just perfect. Perfect location, close to town and all amenities, yet secluded and surrounded by greenery. Just a short walk to the beach, which is the most magnificent beach ever. The pool in the private backyard was fantastic, shaded by large trees, making it a real oasis during the hot time of day. The house itself seems entirely made if stone, nice and cool on the feet. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, everything you need. The bbq is brand new, works like a charm. All appliances are top of the line. AC works perfectly. Horizon Pacific, the property manager, was great. We hope we're lucky enough to stay here again, thanks so much Jamie and Beth. Pura vida.

Comfortable House Close To Beach
I stayed here with my wife and 5 year old for a month. The location was good, outside the busiest part of Tamarindo, but with everything easily accessible by car. We used the beach club almost every day, the pool and beach chairs were great for kids. The house is large and comfortable. Most appliances work well except the dish washer, which didn't do much. The small pool was good for a 5 year old to play in. Kattia, the property manager, was very accommodating and helped us even with issues unrelated to the house.

Our stay was incredible! The location of the property is perfect to escape the business of town. We had everything we needed for making meals and the kitchen was so well stocked. Your own paradise in paradise
Communication leading up to the trip was very open, and extra services like airport shuttle, grocery supply and personal chef were offered. The gated community the house is located in was secure, clean and very well located with multiple accesses to the beach. Home is beautiful and the back yard with BBQ, fireplace, multiple seating areas and private plunge pool were exquisite. Close to restaurants and only a short walk into downtown Tamarindo makes this the perfect house for us. Close enough to everything, but a private feel like you are miles away. This time of year the Howler Monkeys were just outside the house and we could walk less than 100 feet to watch them go from tree to tree as the sun started to go down and they became more active. We really appreciate the experience we had. Can't say enough about the helpfulness of both the owners as well as the property managers.

Perfect for Us!

The location of the property is wonderful for an easy walk into town for dinner or to the beach! The kitchen is well equipped and it was great to come home to a dip in the nice pool after a long day of play on the beaches! Thank you!
