The property is in the heart of Tamarindo and a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. We had everything we needed and will surely be back!

There was a lot of construction going on so it was kind of hard to walk on the street in front but I think they were headed towards being finished and had laid down gravel a few days before we left which was nice. Really great location, next to the weekend farmer's market, close to an excellent bakery Breaking Bread, and pretty easy walk through town to get to the beach. Rooms could be updated and location of A/C splits could be changed so that hot air isn't blowing on the patio area as it made it hard to get the temperature comfortable for both rooms. and the main room wasn't cooled by the A/C in the bedroom -Made it hard to sit outside and at the only table. Bathrooms could be updated but beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, pool was nice and people working were very helpful, kind and friendly.

Perfect Hotel
Ten North is a great location, quieter off the main strip but still very easily walkable to the bars and restaurants. Supermarket across the road is very convenient. Easily walkable to the beach with boards for a surf! Staff were lovely and so friendly. We would definitely recommend and stay here again if we come back!
