Perfect location for access to the lovely beach, local shopping and numerous dining options. The view from our patio was epic and the property is clean, well maintained and the staff was very friendly and happy to help in anyway. Highly recommended! Pura Vida!

Hôtel de petite taille, directement sur la plage avec un portion privée où des chaises longues sont toujours accessibles. Très confortable, petit desjeuners sommaire servi à la chambre. Il nous a été très agréable de desjeuner sur notre balcon. Du surf débutant se fait directement devant l’hôtel (planches de surf en location sur place 10$/3hres). Sinon, 1 km au nord, des vagues offrants plus de défi vous attendent.

The Coast is a great experience. Staff is great, very accommodating and friendly. Stephany at the front desk is super nice and helpful with anything you need. Great location on the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. But if you want anything it’s a short walk to everything, food trucks, etc.

We were impressed with the facility immediately. Security was evident and that eliminated any concern for the car or ourselves during our satay. Rosa handled the bookings and she was extremely friendly and helpful with instructions. The hotel is a short walk from the downtown core but far enough to dissuade the street vendors. A first class hotel to lower the sound and turn up the enjoyment.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Highly recommend. Be sure you cancel on time if you can’t make it, they are very firm on cancellation date even in emergencies. Otherwise perfect place.

I was booked on the wrong excursion. I informed the office and she basically told me it was my fault with no apology. I fly to Costa Rica to explore the natural beauty and was sent to another hotel resort of a friend of hers. $360 wasted.

Staff were very nice and attentive. Property was conveniently located close to food, shopping, beachfront. I asked ahead of time if there was an upgrade available, I was told yes and given the information about the room. When I got there the free upgrade for VIP Platinum was not honored and I was told we’d have to pay the rate difference. Pool was nice.
