Gute Unterkunft an bester Lage
Familienzimmer etwas klein, ohne Schränke, aber in sehr gutem Zustand. Reinigung grundsätzlich gut, ausser an einem Tag, da war das Hotel voll belegt. Lift etwas mühsam, auch Frühstücksraum etwas klein, wenn das Hotel voll belegt ist. Top ist der Rooftop mit dem Infinitypool. Das Personal ist, wie in ganz Joao Pessoa, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung. Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nahe Strand und Restaurants. Valet Parking unbedingt nutzen, falls es Platz hat, da die Parkplatzsuche mühsam sein kann. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Em 2022 fiquei nesse hotel e o atendimento foi bom por isso voltei. Porém, esse ano foi horrível, o recepcionista nada receptivo(excreção do Edvaldo), tinha reservado um quarto um dia antes e quando cheguei lá, empurraram qualquer quarto, a pisvuna extremamente gelada e suja,dava pra sentir o lodo e a sujeira no fundo,o var mao funcionou por vários dias, o café da manhã é péssimo, pães duros e velhos, o presunto estava azul (estragando) por uns dois dias e quando reclamei a gerente disse que era a marca, tenha paciência, isso é sério e pode dar uma infecção intestinal. O quarto estava limpo, mas a cama é pequena e ruim, tem uma extensão de cozinha mas não tem prato e tinha uma xícara para um casal, quando perguntei na recepção o recepcionista nada gentil informou que era isso mesmo e se quisesse tinha que pagar no restaurante. Da outra vez liberaram o check out sessa vezz eu teria que pagar R$ 145,00, mas essa taxa foi libetada apos eu reclamar pelos demais problemas. Enfim, gosto de João Pessoa, mas nesse hotel NUNCA mais me hospedarei. Essa estadia estragou o meu descanso e do meu marido. Não sei como um hotel que era bom fivou tao ruim. Mas ficam as dicas: troquem os recepcionistas, treinem a recepção do cafe, tenham cuidado com os alimentos, limpem a piscina, coloquem um aquecedor pra quebrar o gelo, e troquem a cama por uma maior e nova. Talvez assim a qualidade melhore. Cobraram R$ 20,00 por diária para o estacionamento, ou seja, não tem.

O atendimento do hotel é impecável. Funcionários solícitos e gentis. Destaque especial para os atendentes da recepção que não mediram esforços para atender solicitações, como mudança de quarto por outro mais confortável. Também merecem elogios as camareiras e as meninas do restaurante. Com relação às instalações, sugiro que coloquem na área de banho do banheiro suportes para que os hóspedes coloquem os seus itens pessoais de higiene.

Quarto limpo, equipe nota 10. Quarto amplo mas com banheiro minúsculo sem onde ter pendurar toalhas. Sem mesa de cabeceira no quarto tb. O que faz muita falta. A piscina estava perigosa, com lodo e imunda no fundo. Tb com obra mo horário de uso dos hóspedes. A grama sintética soltando. Ou seja a área de lazer em péssimas condições. A localização é ótima, mas não escolheria de novo. Longe de ser considerado um 4 estrelas….
