This Econo Lodge is a disgrace. The front desk staff was rude and made themselves unavailable. They did not pick up the phone or answer requests promptly. Our room was dirty - the AC was broken and our sheets were not clean. We needed to request NEW sheets for the bed. An uncomfortable experience overall. You would think with this type of rating multiple times, you would see a change in hotel management. I wish I never spent the money.

Filthy, mold, feces, cigarette burns on the floor and bedding. The celling was falling off the smell of human waste was the worse. We walked in and out. I still don't know how could this place be up to code. It should be close down. It gets better when I requested a refund because will not going to stay in such a filthy place. The front desk clerk said ok no problem. About a week later I received a email from the horror hotel stating I was not receiving a refund because they have strict policies concerning cancelations, I had to laugh. I contacted my credit card company and when they saw the pictures of the room I received a permanent credit. Please stay away from this unhealthy, disgusting horror hotel.

Terrible hotel, awful area. Felt incredibly unsafe. Hotel was dirty and smelled of drugs. Walked in and then immediately back out.

Dirty and run down; avoid if anyhow possible
I rarely comment and even rarer leave a negative comment. I had chosen this hotel as it was close to Bush Gardens knowing it was a simple hotel but hoping it was clean. But what I found was rundown dirty hotel and an unacceptable room. The door had marks from breaking in, paint was pealing from walls, particularly in the bathroom, the carpet had a musty smell, there was white power under the AC, the windows had probably not been cleaned since months, the dresser was in a state of disrepair with falling front plates, microwave and fridge were dented and probably not been cleaned in a long time, the curtain had stains etc. The only good thing I could say about this place was that the front desk clerk was friendly. City needs to shut this down
This a run down hotel. I should have know better not to make reservations there . The room looked like a crack motel in movies . It was nightmare. Disgusting, unsanitary. Thank goodness we were able to run out of there with a refund .

I can believe this place is even open! No one should be staying here. Heath code nightmare. Drove up and lost my mind! Dirty, rundown, dark. Picture your worst nightmare and there this place would be!

The attention was very bad, the service to the rooms was terrible, I found cockroaches, they don't respect the drinks you bring, the bathroom had a lot of mold. I don't recommend it at all and I don't plan to go back to my family either.

Horribly dirty. We couldnt stay because it was unsafe, room smelled strongly of smoke, couldnt seenout the windows they were so dirty. Homeless (sadly) surrounded buildng and some living in the hotel. We were in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone came out. First clue upon arrival, no cars in the lot just people there with all their belongings. The worse place i have ever seen.

Horrible experience
The rooms were dirty and very raggedy , nothing at all like the advertised pictures . No remotes for the TVs , refrigerators did not work , lamps completely broken .
